(4) Failure characteristics of mechanical machinery in thin cylinder hydraulic systems in different seasons. The failure rate of construction machinery is related to the season. When using machinery at low temperatures in winter, the failure rate is higher than in summer. For example, fuel supply systems are often poorly atomized due to low temperatures in winter. The fuel is easy to be solidified and the oil circuit is blocked and difficult to start, or when the engine is running, the flameout and other faults occur. The lubricant has poor fluidity and accelerates the wear of the components. The battery leakage may cause the engine not to start, the brake to be unreliable, and the fluid transmission to be abnormal.
